Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Dreeys account and all personal data in a few taps from the mobile app.

In line with Apple App Store guidelines, account and data deletion is handled inside the app. Follow the steps below to request it.

How to delete from the app

  1. 1Open the Dreeys app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Tap the menu on the top right and go to Settings.
  3. 3Open the Account section.
  4. 4Tap 'Delete my account'.
  5. 5Read the confirmation screen and confirm your request.

When is it deleted?

From the moment you confirm, your account and personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. You can cancel the request at any time during this window by signing back in.

What gets deleted?

  • Your profile info (name, email, avatar)
  • All tasks, habits and reminders you've created
  • Your chat history and AI coaching conversations
  • Progress, streak and reward data
  • Settings and personalization preferences

For legal obligations and abuse prevention, some anonymous records (e.g. billing history, security logs) may be retained for up to 1 year.
