Dreeys AI values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Dreeys AI mobile app and related services, how we use that information, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you may have.

Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect your name, email address, encrypted authentication data, Apple or Google sign-in identifiers, profile photo, birthdate, timezone, language and theme preferences, and your chosen character name. We also collect onboarding and personalization answers such as your goals, usage purpose, tracking areas, reminder preferences, motivation style, chronotype, blocker information, acquisition source, and similar profile answers you choose to provide.

When you actively use the service, we may process tasks, reminders, due dates, notes, mood check-ins, chat messages, uploaded images, uploaded PDF files, extracted text from PDF files, reward and streak activity, and limited calendar sync metadata when you enable calendar integration.

We also process technical and device-related information such as device platform, device model, operating system version, app version, in-app device identifiers, push notification tokens, security logs, notification delivery logs, and operational AI usage logs.

How We Use Data

We use personal data to create and manage your account, authenticate sessions, provide task tracking and coaching features, personalize the app experience, generate AI-supported responses, maintain conversation memory and summaries, deliver reminders and notifications, manage subscriptions and premium access, support security and fraud prevention, diagnose crashes, measure product performance, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

AI Features and Uploaded Content

Dreeys AI includes AI-powered coaching and chat features. To provide those features, messages, attachments, extracted text, task context, mood context, and selected profile information may be processed by our AI infrastructure. The system may also generate conversation summaries and long-term memory items so that future responses can be more relevant and personalized. AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. They do not replace medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

Notifications, Analytics, and Advertising

If you grant permission, we may use push notification services to send task reminders, streak alerts, weekly summaries, and service-related notifications. We may also use analytics and crash reporting tools to understand app usage and diagnose stability problems. The app may include advertising and rewarded ad flows in free experiences. Some advertising or measurement features may depend on your platform-level tracking choices.

Sharing of Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers strictly as needed to operate Dreeys AI, including hosting and infrastructure providers, authentication providers, analytics and crash reporting providers, push notification providers, advertising providers, payment and subscription platforms, and AI service providers. In the current product setup, this may include Apple, Google, Firebase services, Google Mobile Ads, OpenRouter and related model providers, and infrastructure providers used to host the backend and database. Some of these providers may process data outside your country, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are offered through Apple in-app purchases. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund workflows are handled through Apple's systems and subject to Apple's platform rules and applicable consumer laws. We may store limited subscription metadata such as your plan, status, transaction identifiers, receipt data, and billing period information to verify access and manage entitlements.

Retention and Deletion

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce our rights. Retention periods depend on the type of data and the reason it was collected. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize data when retention is no longer required, but we may keep limited records for security, anti-abuse, payment, audit, or legal compliance purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or restriction of certain data, information about data sharing, objection to certain processing, and other related rights. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, token-based authentication, hashed passwords, and secure transport measures. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. If the changes are material, we may notify users within the app or through other appropriate channels.
