Scope of Service

Dreeys AI is an AI-powered personal action coach that helps you manage tasks, habits, reminders and progress. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, improved or changed over time.

Account and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private. Do not share your password with anyone and notify us immediately of any suspicious activity. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Dreeys for unlawful purposes, to harm others, to send spam, or with automated tools that abuse the service. The AI coaching feature does not provide medical, legal or financial advice; for critical decisions, please consult a professional.

User Content

The tasks, notes and chat messages you enter into the app belong to you. Dreeys processes this content only to provide you with a better experience and never sells it to third parties.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are available via in-app purchases on the Apple App Store. Subscription fees and cancellation terms are managed by the Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The Dreeys AI brand, logo, character design, interface and source code belong to Dreeys AI. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Dreeys reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Dreeys AI does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When significant changes occur, we will show a notice in the app. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and interpreted according to its rules.
