Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Dreeys AI mobile app and related services. By downloading, accessing, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Dreeys AI is a digital productivity, tracking, and AI coaching service that may include task planning, reminders, mood tracking, conversation-based guidance, rewards, calendar integration, premium subscription features, analytics, notifications, and advertising-supported experiences.

Account and Eligibility

Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and using the service only in a lawful and authorized manner. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission or used in a way that compromises security.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Dreeys AI for unlawful activity, abuse, harassment, fraud, spam, harmful automation, unauthorized access, reverse engineering beyond what is permitted by law, or to upload or generate content that violates the rights of others or applicable law. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe misuse, abuse, security risk, or legal violations have occurred.

User Content

Tasks, notes, messages, attachments, mood entries, profile responses, and similar materials you submit remain your responsibility. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit that content. To operate the service, you grant us a limited right to host, process, store, transmit, format, and analyze your content solely as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support Dreeys AI.

AI Features

The service includes AI-generated coaching and conversation features. AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. They are provided for informational and productivity-support purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain premium features are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple in-app purchases. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund workflows are managed through Apple's systems and are also subject to Apple's platform rules and applicable consumer law. Unless cancelled by the user, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the applicable billing period.

App Store Terms

If you use the iOS version of the app, your use may also be subject to Apple's App Store rules and the applicable Apple licensed application terms. The app is licensed, not sold, to you through the applicable platform.

Intellectual Property

The Dreeys AI service, including its software, branding, interface, design elements, character assets, and related content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms, no ownership or other rights are transferred to you.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time for product, operational, legal, or security reasons. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or in every region.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account through supported flows. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, misuse the service, or where continued access is not appropriate.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties except where they cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages, loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of business, or harm resulting from reliance on AI output, third-party platform issues, or service interruptions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your place of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify users in the app or through other appropriate channels. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
